“Great tour, elephants enjoy taking baths and being brushed by tourists, we gave them shower afterwards and made food for them... For anyone thinking that this is not ethical- keep in mind that these elephants could not survive in the nature cause they were raised in captivity( these are elephants that were previously used for labour, some were injured by previous owners)...they spent their all lives with people...claiming that this is not ethical is same like claiming we should all release our dogs and cats into the wild and never pet them again....we all agree that using animals for enrertainment should be banned and hoefully it will be banned in…”

“We had Hotel pick up and it took less than an hour to get to the check in office. We were then taken on a tuk tuk to the Sanctuary. We watched a video first of the rescues and some horrible bits with the Elephants chained which was horrendous. We next fed the Elephants and stroked their trunk. Then onto the walkway watching the Elephants in the water and just walking around. Was so beautiful to finally see them free from working for tourists. The Sanctuary does a tremendous job and I hope in time there will be no Elephants being slaves for profit.”
